Optimal Pricing Decisions for Dual-Channel Supply Chain: Blockchain Adoption and Consumer Sensitivity

Counterfeiting is common in many industries. For the authenticity of online channel products and to combat counterfeiting, companies have begun use blockchain technology trace product information. This paper investigates a dual-channel supply chain consisting one manufacturer retailer, which sells its standard through retailer adopts launch sell traceable products. A Stackelberg game developed depict pricing decision strategy choice for manufacturer. It shows that both can benefit from adoption. And longer it takes traceability, lower price beneficial when consumers market are less concerned about information transparency. consumer sensitivity, as consumers’ acceptance direct sales channels increases, selling prices risen. Furthermore, traceability time-sensitivity coefficient decreases, retail offline rises. The conclusion this has certain guiding role dominant manufacturers choosing whether apply improve demand
